Planning consent for 258 homes at Marlowe Road in Waltham Forest

news

Another great milestone in the Marlowe Road Estate’s regeneration journey! We are delighted that our proposal for Phase 2b3 was granted planning approval at committee last night.

These revised designs for the later phases remove all street parking and inject generous green space into the otherwise urban neighbourhood, prioritising the pedestrian journey, with gardens lining the main street and lush courtyards and pocket parks for residents to enjoy. As a landscape led proposal, we are providing more homes, friendlier streets, and much more breathing space!
