A new apartment building delivering 32 new homes in the heart of Sidcup Town Centre
The vision for the site was to bring high quality new homes into the Sidcup town centre,
set within the green backdrop of the existing mature trees lining Hadlow Road. The scheme sits comfortably in its setting and bridges the scales between the high street and suburban streetscape, using two brick palettes to express a pair of building fronts to the street.
Drawing on the character of neighbouring homes the design gives a high level of detail and variation to create a smart and contextual addition to the town centre.
Ground floor homes open out onto private amenity spaces, activating the street, and to the rear residents have access to a small communal garden with a parking court
